Superior Call

Terms of Service

Superior Call · Effective October 2, 2026

These terms govern the use of Superior Call, a business phone system (PBX) built and operated by Superior Plumbing & Hydronics Inc. ("Superior Call", "we", "us"), including our phone numbers, calling and text messaging, apps, website and API. By using Superior Call you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Superior Call lets businesses make and receive calls and text messages with their customers. It includes call routing, waiting queues, recordings, automated and AI voice assistants, call and message history, and integrations with business software.

2. Text messaging terms

  • Program: service texts from Superior Call and the businesses using it, such as appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, quotes, and replies to your messages.
  • Opt-in: by giving your mobile number to receive service updates, or by texting a business number on our system, you agree to receive these texts.
  • Frequency: varies by service, typically a few messages per appointment.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT) to stop. Reply START to resume.
  • Help: reply HELP, or use the contact form on our home page.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Any personal information that we collect (as identified in the “Personal Data We Collect” section) will not be shared with third parties. See the Privacy Policy.
  • Your mobile number and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts and businesses

  • Business accounts are responsible for their users, for keeping logins secure, and for everything done under their account.
  • Businesses must have the consent required by law before calling, recording or texting their customers, including under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), CRTC rules and, for U.S. numbers, the TCPA. They must honour opt-out requests promptly.
  • Businesses must tell callers about call recording where the law requires it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Superior Call to:

  • send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages to people who have not consented or have opted out;
  • spoof caller ID, or present a number you are not authorized to use;
  • harass, threaten, defraud or deceive anyone, or break any law;
  • send content about illegal products or services, or sexual, hateful or violent content;
  • interfere with the service, other accounts, or the carriers we use.

We may suspend or stop service, block messages or calls, or close accounts that break these rules or put the service or carriers at risk.

5. Emergency calls (911)

Emergency calling depends on correct address information and a working internet and power connection. It may not be available if the service, your internet or your device is down, and calls from browsers or apps may not provide your location automatically. Always have another way to reach emergency services.

6. Phone numbers

Phone numbers are provided through our carriers and remain subject to their rules and to regulation. We may need to change or reclaim numbers when the law, a carrier, or non-payment requires it. Where possible, numbers can be ported out at your request.

7. Fees

Business accounts pay the prices shown in their account, including number rentals and usage, plus applicable taxes. Prepaid balances are used as service is consumed.

8. Your content

Businesses own their call recordings, messages and customer data. They allow us to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and warranties

We work to keep Superior Call reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Businesses may stop using the service at any time. We may end service with notice, or immediately for serious breaches.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
