Superior Call

Someone answers. Even at 2 a.m.

A pipe bursts. The office closed hours ago. Superior Call is the phone system Superior Plumbing & Hydronics built to run its own dispatch, so the call still gets answered and nobody starts the morning guessing.

The phone rings

A customer calls one of your local numbers. Superior Call gives you numbers in Canada and the US, or keeps the ones people already know, and can give each company, department or ad its own line.

Nobody hears a dead ring

They hear your greeting and hold music in a waiting line. Everyone on shift sees who is waiting and for how long, and whoever is free picks up from a browser, the desktop app or their phone. If nobody can, the call moves to voicemail or another number after the wait you set.

The AI receptionist takes it

After hours or when the team is busy, a voice agent answers. It asks the questions your dispatcher would ask, books the job into your schedule, and hands the caller to a person when it should.

Morning. The whole story is waiting.

Your other software hears about it

An API, webhooks and a calling SDK let your CRM place calls, follow them live and pull in recordings. Our own dispatch software is connected the same way.

The Superior Call customer page: a text box at the top, then today's and yesterday's texts and calls with one customer, including a missed call and two recorded calls.

Superior Plumbing & Hydronics is a plumbing and heating contractor in Mississauga. Our customers call when a pipe has burst or the heat is out, and they don't wait long before calling someone else.

The phone systems we tried sent callers to voicemail while someone was free in the next room, and kept call history in one place and customer notes in another. So we built our own, and we run our business on it every day.

Now we offer it to other businesses that work the same way. Each one gets its own setup, and its recordings and customer data stay its own.
